Both summer and winter sports are really fun & healthy activities but they take some strength and stamina. Plus, most sports and outdoor activities work muscles you probably don't use on a daily basis.
We invite you to join our trainers Trish Kendrick, Miranda Young and Jessica Cassinari for a weekly exercise routine. The Fitness Program is free and open to people from all walks of life, from all ages and fitness levels.
